From the bookshelf: The stolen child

This fantasy novel consists of two intertwined stories. One is of the child Henry Day who gets hauled off into the woods and from then on lives with a group of ageless children. The other speaks of the changeling who took his place in the outer world. Both try to find a grip of whom they have been and who they want to become.

Why you should read this: The language is brilliant. The story is gnawing at your guts. The book is both frightening and fascinating. You won't be able to stop reading.
